Royal Touch Wellness – Booking & Appointment Policy

When you book an appointment, you are agreeing to the following policies:

1. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits protect the therapist’s time, reduce no-shows, and ensure serious bookings.
Your deposit goes toward the originally scheduled session only.
If you cancel late, no-show, or reschedule incorrectly, the deposit is forfeited.

2. Prepaid Sessions / Credits

All prepaid sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
Unused sessions automatically expire at 6 months.
No rollovers, extensions, or exceptions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show = forfeited deposit.

  • Multiple no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • Your session ends at the original scheduled time to respect the next client.

  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid sessions and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to another person.

  • Retail products are final sale.

6. Sick Policy

If you are sick or showing symptoms, please reschedule 24+ hours in advance.
Arriving sick will result in refusal of service and deposit forfeiture.

7. Professional Boundaries

Royal Touch Wellness offers professional therapeutic services only.
Any inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately with no refund and will result in a permanent ban.
